Weird traffic sign
Weird. I've heard it's from Germany.
This is not speed limit sign. It shows the load limits on bridges.
Such signs are formerly used on German highways during WWII.
A lot of them are still on the road.

These are not WW2 signs, they are very much in use today. They show Military Load Class' so that drivers of military vehicles know if they'll make it across the bridge (they are often much heavier than civilian vehicles). They are used by all NATO countries but they are common in Germany because of the Cold War fear of a Soviet invasion and the need therefore to train all over the country rather than on specified training areas. This one shows that wheeled vehicles less than 90t and tracked vehicles less than 70t will make it.
These sings are for military vehicles. i have some more intersting pictures of funny and weird traffic signs. check it out.
